IWK Customer Portal is a web portal that enables tenants, owners and others to view details of their Sewerage Account and perform online services securely anytime and anywhere. You may click on REGISTER button to proceed registration as an IWK Customer Portal user.


Indah Water mobile app is designed for convenient access right at your fingertips, allowing you to use your smartphone to perform online services anytime and anywhere. You may click on https://www.iwk.com.my/mobile-app to learn more about our Indah Water mobile app.

All IWK customers can register for the IWK Customer portal and Indah Water mobile app. You could be a:

  • Tenant

  • Owner

  • Others eg: Contractor, Developer

You may use the same login ID and password for both the Web and Mobile platform. You can add or remove multiple Sewerage Account Number under a single login at any time.

You may now effortlessly access the following self-service options:

  • Check Account Balance

  • Check Payment and download Receipt

  • Download Copy Bill

  • Download Account Statement

  • View Transaction History

  • Make Online Payment

  • e-Submission

IWK Customer Portal is designed to make your transactions easier, anytime and anywhere.

e-Submission offers a quick and hassle-free submission process, providing faster responses compared to manual submissions.

Currently, the available e-Submission options include:

  • Instalment Plan

  • Change of Name/Mailing Address

  • Change of Ownership

  • Vacant Premises

  • Payment Transfer

  • Declaration/Update of Number of Industrial Workers
